Can I receive the order at an address that is different from the one I have as a customer?
Yes, on placing the order, you will be asked where you’d like to receive it (e.g.: workplace, holiday residence, etc.).
What happens if there is no one home when the courier company arrives?
For deliveries to Spain and Portugal, the courier company will contact you for a second, free delivery. For this reason it is important that the telephone number that we have on your customer file is up-to-date. In other countries, the courier company will leave you a notification so you can go and collect your package from its premises.
